Bella Marino is an Atlanta-based Filmmaker and Producer with a passion for Production Design, Choreography, and Costuming. Growing up in the Atlanta dance scene, Marino focuses on putting movement at the forefront of her films, using the body as a landscape to tell a story. Her works utilize intentional aesthetics to cultivate surrealist worlds. As seen in films such as Frame of Mind, 8 Days a Week, and Where Barking Dogs Lie, Marino is able to conjure environments that directly confront the human condition. Through her production company, Rat Bass Productions, Marino looks forward to bringing many more films to Atlanta’s independent scene.
